Description
After she falls headfirst into a bird's nest, a baby bat is raised like a bird until she is reunited with her mother. When a bat named Stellaluna falls into a bird's nest, she is adopted by the birds and adapts to their habits. Eventually, she is reunited with her mother and realizes that the differences between birds and bats are insignificant. The book includes two pages of information about bats.
